1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

3.2 Account Security

8. Account Suspension & Closure

999hb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity; detection of prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7; or compliance with any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, all account balances — including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. 10. Limitation of Liability
